1. Returns
- You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
- Items must be in original packaging and condition.
- Contact contact@wallermart.com for a Return Authorization before sending any items back.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened items (unless defective)
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale products
- Gift cards
4. Exchanges
We currently do not process exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired item.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
