Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship within the United States using reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Free shipping for orders over $25
3. Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. We do not ship internationally.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days at contact@wallermart.com. We will assist you with a replacement or claim.
6. Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Wrong or Defective Items
If you receive the wrong or defective item, please email us with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
